By using this site, submitting an application, or booking a call, you agree to these Terms, the Privacy Policy, the Risk Disclosure, and the Earnings Disclaimer below.
Prophecy Elite is a private, application-only 1-to-1 educational mentorship programme. Nothing here or in the programme is financial, investment, or trading advice, a personal recommendation, or a trade-alert or copy-trading service. You make your own trading decisions.
Elite is application-only and capped. Submitting an application or booking a call does not guarantee acceptance — we may decline at our discretion. You must be at least 18 and able to enter a contract.
Pricing is discussed and agreed during your call. The full commercial terms — fee, any payment plan, programme length, and the refund/cancellation policy — are set out in the separate coaching agreement you receive and accept before joining. Payments are processed by Stripe; we never see full card details. That agreement governs if anything here conflicts with it.
Where you join on a payment plan, it is an instalment arrangement for the full programme fee — not a subscription and not cancel-anytime. By choosing it you commit to the full fee; cancelling, pausing, or stopping payments does not end your agreement or reduce what you owe. If a scheduled payment fails and is not resolved within seven (7) days of notice, the full outstanding balance becomes immediately due, and access may be paused until your account is brought current.
Because Elite grants immediate access to personalised coaching and digital materials, all sales are final and all fees are non-refundable, except where a refund is required by law or provided under the Payout Guarantee in your coaching agreement. By requesting immediate access to the digital materials you lose the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal for that digital content; if you withdraw from the coaching within the statutory 14-day period, you pay proportionately for services already performed and for digital content accessed, as set out in your coaching agreement. Change of mind, dissatisfaction with results, not implementing guidance, or missed sessions are not grounds for a refund. Full terms are set out in your coaching agreement, which governs.
A minimum of forty-eight (48) hours' notice is required to reschedule a booked call (including your onboarding/fit call and any coaching calls). No-shows, or cancellations inside 48 hours, are treated as completed calls and are not refunded, re-credited, or rolled over.
If you have a billing issue, contact us first at officialprophecytrading@gmail.com and allow us at least fourteen (14) days to resolve it. Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute for a charge you authorised, without first contacting us, is a breach of these Terms; we reserve the right to revoke access and recover the amount owed together with any dispute fees.
Programme materials and the Prophecy name are owned by us and provided for your personal use only — no copying, recording, sharing, or resale. Access is personal and non-transferable.
The service is provided "as is", without warranties. The Risk and Earnings disclaimers below form part of these Terms. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Prophecy is not liable for trading losses or any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the programme. Nothing limits liability that cannot be excluded by law.
We may update these Terms; the date above shows the latest version. These Terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands and subject to its courts.
This explains what personal data we collect, why, and your rights under the UK/EU GDPR. The data controller is Prophecy Trading (details above).

We do not sell your data. Where a provider is outside the EU/EEA, transfers rely on appropriate safeguards (e.g. Standard Contractual Clauses).
Applications that don't proceed are kept up to 24 months, then deleted (or sooner on request). Client and financial records are kept as required by Dutch law (tax records typically 7 years).
You can request access, correction, deletion, restriction, or portability, and object to or withdraw consent. Email officialprophecytrading@gmail.com; we respond within one month. You may also complain to the Dutch DPA (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).
Essential cookies keep the site working. Analytics/advertising cookies/pixels load only with your consent, which you can decline or withdraw at any time.
Trading carries a substantial risk of loss and is not suitable for everyone.
Trading forex, CFDs, and futures is highly speculative and leveraged. Leverage works both ways — it can amplify gains and losses, and you can lose more than your initial deposit. Markets can move sharply and unpredictably.
Where evaluations or "funded" accounts are involved, fees, rules, drawdown limits, and payout conditions are set by the relevant prop firm, not by Prophecy, and simulated/demo results do not guarantee live results.
Nothing provided by Prophecy is financial, investment, or tax advice. Consider your circumstances, seek independent licensed advice before trading, and only risk capital you can afford to lose.
